Richard Fitzburgh is Senior Vice President – Financial Advisor at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), where he is a leading financial advisor to high net worth individuals, corporations, and family offices. RBC is one of North America’s leading diversified financial services companies and provides personal and commercial banking, wealth management services, insurance, investor services, and capital markets services on a global basis. During his 30-year career in the financial services industry, Richard has developed deep expertise in wealth management and estate planning, and works closely with a broad network of trust and estate attorneys. He was recently acknowledged by The Financial Times, as one of the “400 Top Broker-Dealer Advisors” for 2016. Over time, Richard has developed a series of events that make his practice unique. These include an annual investment conference solely for his clients featuring well-known economic experts with valuable perspectives on global topics. Other events focus on art and culture, notably the tremendously successful Art Basel Miami art fair, which connects clients with interest in the arts to internationally renowned artists. Chuck Baker

Charles H. Baker’s corporate practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance and restructurings, with a core focus in the sports, media and consumer sectors. Marilyn Chinitz

Marilyn Chinitz is a Partner at Blank Rome LLP in New York. She concentrates her practice almost exclusively in Family law, with particular emphasis on complex divorce actions. She has successfully argued appeals in the appellate courts of New York and is recognized in negotiation of complex divorce actions and in trial of matters before the family courts and the supreme courts of New York. She also has extensive experience in representing clients in international custody cases and has successfully prosecuted for the return of abducted children in proceedings filed by her under the Hague Convention. Frank Cimler

Frank Cimler is a partner in the firm Cimler Law, PLLC, which has offices in New England with affiliated offices in Los Angeles, and New York. Max Dolgicer

Max Dolgicer is a Senior Consultant and Technical Director at International Systems Group (ISG) Inc., a leading consulting firm that specializes in IT Strategy and development and integration of large-scale distributed applications using Service-Oriented Architectures. Max is also a Senior Consultant with Cutter’s Enterprise Architecture practice. He has been involved in leading management and technical roles in the major engagements for ISG’s clients including 3M, Carey International, United States Patent Office, New York Stock Exchange, Credit Suisse, Federal Reserve of San Francisco, Allstate Insurance, Financial Times Interactive, MetLife, CitiGroup and Goldman Sachs, among many others. Dr. Peter Favaro

Dr. Peter Favaro operates SmartParenting, The Family Center in Port Washington where he concentrates exclusively on court referred cases which include forensic evaluations, parenting education, supervised and therapeutic visitation, reunification and parenting coordination.  He has been a technical consultant and software designer for more than 30 years. Dr. Favaro is the author of more than a dozen books on topics ranging from conflict resolution, parenting during and after divorce, anger management, child development, and technology in education. He has been a lecturer all over the world, and has lectured to the bar associations of Nassau and Suffolk County as well as the state bar association. Dr. Favaro recently opened The Center for Improved Human Relationships with the primary mission to promote the causes of cultural tolerance and the importance of diversity.

Wendy Federman

Wendy Federman is an award-winning Broadway Producer. Her production company, Foolish Mortals Productions, has housed many notable performances including On Your Feet!, Eclipsed, Blackbird, An American in Paris, Hair, Pippin’ and many others. Wendy has been recognized throughout her career with four Tony Awards, five Drama Desk Awards, a Drama League Award, and the Outer Critics Circle Award.  Her years of investing in and producing Broadway shows have allowed Wendy to befriend the biggest stars, producers, and directors on Broadway. She has served as a guest lecturer for many charitable foundations and mentors young aspiring producers, actors, and writers.

Cara Fleisher

Cara Fleisher is the Managing Director of Loan Portfolio Management with RBC Capital Markets. As Market point-person for the global bankbook, Cara has well-developed relationships with sell-side sales/traders, buy-side sales/traders, investors, credit portfolio managers, and relevant market associations. Sara Hamilton

Sara Hamilton is the Founder and CEO of Family Office Exchange (FOX), the definitive source of information and best practices associated with the business of managing the family enterprise and the family’s wealth across generations. She is the co-author of Family Legacy and Leadership: Preserving True Family Wealth in Challenging Times. For the past 10 years, Sara has served on the Executive Education Faculty of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business for the course on Private Wealth Management offered twice a year in Chicago. Damir Jandricek

Damir Jandricek is a Managing/Equity Partner at Keter Organica Green Energy Fund; an investment fund for the leading Slovene producer of turnkey biogas power plants, an environmentally friendly renewable energy source. Damir has extensive experience in structuring and managing assets in the production and services industries. Jean Pierre Lelogeais

Jean-Louis Lelogeais is the Co-Founder and Senior Managing Director at Strategic Value Partners (SVP) LLC. SVP is a distressed and deep-value investment firm with assets of approximately $4.5 billion across a hedge fund strategy and private equity vehicles. Prior to co-founding SVP, Jean Pierre oversaw business development for Moore Strategic Value Partners, a joint venture with Moore Capital Management LLC. He also headed Lelogeais & Co., LLC, an advisory firm focused on strategic management issues in global wholesale financial services. Prior to that, he was a managing Director at Chase Manhattan Bank where he participated in the Global Bank strategic repositioning, and implemented the merger integration of the Global Client Management business. Jean Pierre has acquired significant experience across corporate banking and capital markets businesses and in turnaround and growth strategies.

Bo Young Lee

Bo Young Lee is the Global Diversity & Inclusion Leader of Marsh LLC and Guy Carpenter, the leading companies in insurance and reinsurance advisory and broking. The first person to step into the D&I leadership role at Marsh, Bo’s responsibilities include both the development and deployment of the Global Diversity & Inclusion strategy and action plan, and all aspects of colleague engagement. Prior to joining Marsh, Bo was the Global Practice Leader for Diversity Best Practices Consulting. She also launched and led Aon Hewitt’s Global Emerging Workforce Solutions consulting practice and held diversity leadership roles at Ernst & Young and National Grid. Past clients of hers include Beckman Coulter, Human Rights Campaign Foundation, McKesson, Pfizer, and Marriott International among many others. Bo is a widely sought after public speaker on topics ranging from generational differences, cross cultural competence, and gender dynamics in the workplace. Gail Lese

Gail Lese is the founder and CEO of Lese Investments LLC and the portfolio manger of the Lese Funds.  Gail has a distinguished track record in finance and in medicine. As the fund manager of the Fidelity Select Food and Agriculture Portfolio, Dr. Lese led the fund to achieving one of the highest absolute returns in the United States within nine months of assuming leadership of the fund. Gail has a track record of being involved in impact investing, and socially responsible investing in healthcare, community service, and charity initiatives. Her extensive volunteer service has included serving on the Board of Directors of the Mass Mentoring Partnership, the American Red Cross, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Cape Cod. Prior to entering the investment profession Dr. Lese did her medical training in Pediatric Medicine and Pediatric Neurological Surgery at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. John Maurello

John Maurello is Managing Director, Private Client Group at the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA). He leads SIFMA’s efforts related to the private wealth management at its member firms, and is advisor to numerous Committees and Roundtables made up of industry representatives. Prior to joining the Securities Industry Association, he was a senior staff assistant to the Chief Administrative Officer of Salomon Brothers, Inc. He also served as director of Finance, Law Enforcement, Environmental Protection, and Economic Development Audits at the New York City Comptroller’s Office. John created the Environmental Protection audit group, the first of its kind at the Comptrollers’ office.

Parker Roy

Parker Roy is the Senior Managing Director and Head of Business Development at Cushing® Asset Management. Parker began his financial services career in 1995 with Salomon Smith Barney. After 10 years as a Financial Consultant, he moved into management with Smith Barney’s Consulting Group as a Regional Director. In 2008, he ascended to the National Business Development Directors role with The Consulting Group. In 2010, following the integration of the Morgan Stanley- Smith Barney joint venture, he joined Cushing Asset Management as Senior Managing Director and Head of Business Development to specifically design, build, and launch the Firm’s fund platform and subsequently helped facilitate the strategic partnership now established with NY Life’s Mainstay Funds.

Sharon Solomon

Sharon Solomon is US Regional Head of Branding and Marketing Strategy for the Capital Markets division of RBC. She is responsible for the RBC Capital Markets US corporate and social responsibility strategy, and she serves as Vice President and Chairperson of the RBC US Foundation. Prior to RBC, Sharon was a co-founder of Nextgen, a trading company that built a robust relative value trading software product. Sharon serves on the Independent Film Project Executive Board of Directors, as well as the Moriah School of Englewood Executive Board. Sharon is a member of UN Women’s Council for Gender Equality.

Nancy Wolff is a Partner of the intellectual property, media and entertainment law firm of Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard, LLC.
