Charles H. Baker’s corporate practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance and restructurings, with a core focus in the sports, media and consumer sectors. Chuck has represented buyers and sellers of sports franchises in the National Football League, National Basketball Association, National Hockey League, Major League Baseball, Major League Soccer, and many of the European football leagues. Margaret Butler is a top lawyer at Greenberg Traurig LLP, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, including real estate, asset management and cross-boarder transactions. She also assists institutional limited partners with their fund investments and co-investments. Margaret has led the execution of complicated transactions and designed custom structures for investments, participations and business combinations. Marilyn Chinitz is a Partner at Blank Rome LLP in New York. She concentrates her practice almost exclusively in Family law, with particular emphasis on complex divorce actions. She has successfully argued appeals in the appellate courts of New York and is recognized in negotiation of complex divorce actions and in trial of matters before the family courts and the supreme courts of New York. She also has extensive experience in representing clients in international custody cases and has successfully prosecuted for the return of abducted children in proceedings filed by her under the Hague Convention. Marilyn was recognized by Super Lawyers as one of the “Top 50 Women Lawyers” in the New York Metro Area. She has also been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Family Law in New York since 2013. Marilyn is extensively involved in children’s programs in her community, and offers assistance to several nonprofits. She is on the benefit committee of the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, the Food Allergy Initiative, and the Little Orchestra Society.
Frank Cimler is a partner in the firm Cimler Law, PLLC, which has offices in New England with affiliated offices in Los Angeles, and New York. Frank has extensive blue-chip legal experience in high technology, information technology, and the entertainment industry. His clients have ranged from Fortune 500 Companies to President Barack Obama’s 2013 Inaugural Poet, Richard Blanco, to the television show The Bold and the Beautiful. Dr. Peter Favaro operates SmartParenting, The Family Center in Port Washington where he concentrates exclusively on court referred cases which include forensic evaluations, parenting education, supervised and therapeutic visitation, reunification and parenting coordination. He has been a technical consultant and software designer for more than 30 years. Dr. Favaro is the author of more than a dozen books on topics ranging from conflict resolution, parenting during and after divorce, anger management, child development, and technology in education. He has been a lecturer all over the world, and has lectured to the bar associations of Nassau and Suffolk County as well as the state bar association. Dr. Favaro recently opened The Center for Improved Human Relationships with the primary mission to promote the causes of cultural tolerance and the importance of diversity.
Wendy Federman is an award-winning Broadway Producer. Her production company, Foolish Mortals Productions, has housed many notable performances including On Your Feet!, Eclipsed, Blackbird, An American in Paris, Hair, Pippin’ and many others. Wendy has been recognized throughout her career with four Tony Awards, five Drama Desk Awards, a Drama League Award, and the Outer Critics Circle Award. Her years of investing in and producing Broadway shows have allowed Wendy to befriend the biggest stars, producers, and directors on Broadway. She has served as a guest lecturer for many charitable foundations and mentors young aspiring producers, actors, and writers.
Sara Hamilton is the Founder and CEO of Family Office Exchange (FOX), the definitive source of information and best practices associated with the business of managing the family enterprise and the family’s wealth across generations. She is the co-author of Family Legacy and Leadership: Preserving True Family Wealth in Challenging Times. For the past 10 years, Sara has served on the Executive Education Faculty of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business for the course on Private Wealth Management offered twice a year in Chicago. She was recently named one of the Top 50 Women in Wealth Management by PAM and was honored with this award for three years by Wealth Manger. Sara serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Wealth Management and Trusts and Estates magazine.
Damir Jandricek is a Managing/Equity Partner at Keter Organica Green Energy Fund; an investment fund for the leading Slovene producer of turnkey biogas power plants, an environmentally friendly renewable energy source. Damir has extensive experience in structuring and managing assets in the production and services industries. His specialties include investments structuring and management, company restructuring, competitive intelligence, export and international trade strategies, and regional public development projects, among many others. Gail Lese is the founder and CEO of Lese Investments LLC and the portfolio manger of the Lese Funds. Gail has a distinguished track record in finance and in medicine. As the fund manager of the Fidelity Select Food and Agriculture Portfolio, Dr. Lese led the fund to achieving one of the highest absolute returns in the United States within nine months of assuming leadership of the fund. Gail has a track record of being involved in impact investing, and socially responsible investing in healthcare, community service, and charity initiatives. Her extensive volunteer service has included serving on the Board of Directors of the Mass Mentoring Partnership, the American Red Cross, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Cape Cod. John Maurello is Managing Director, Private Client Group at the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA). He leads SIFMA’s efforts related to the private wealth management at its member firms, and is advisor to numerous Committees and Roundtables made up of industry representatives. Prior to joining the Securities Industry Association, he was a senior staff assistant to the Chief Administrative Officer of Salomon Brothers, Inc. He also served as director of Finance, Law Enforcement, Environmental Protection, and Economic Development Audits at the New York City Comptroller’s Office. John created the Environmental Protection audit group, the first of its kind at the Comptrollers’ office.

Parker Roy is the Senior Managing Director and Head of Business Development at Cushing® Asset Management. Parker began his financial services career in 1995 with Salomon Smith Barney. After 10 years as a Financial Consultant, he moved into management with Smith Barney’s Consulting Group as a Regional Director. In 2008, he ascended to the National Business Development Directors role with The Consulting Group. In 2010, following the integration of the Morgan Stanley- Smith Barney joint venture, he joined Cushing Asset Management as Senior Managing Director and Head of Business Development to specifically design, build, and launch the Firm’s fund platform and subsequently helped facilitate the strategic partnership now established with NY Life’s Mainstay Funds.
Sharon Solomon is US Regional Head of Branding and Marketing Strategy for the Capital Markets division of RBC. She is responsible for the RBC Capital Markets US corporate and social responsibility strategy, and she serves as Vice President and Chairperson of the RBC US Foundation. Prior to RBC, Sharon was a co-founder of Nextgen, a trading company that built a robust relative value trading software product. Sharon serves on the Independent Film Project Executive Board of Directors, as well as the Moriah School of Englewood Executive Board. Sharon is a member of UN Women’s Council for Gender Equality.
Dr. Robin Unger
Dr. Robin Unger is a world expert in hair loss treatment and hair restoration. At her clinic in New York City she sees patients who have been searching for a solution to their ongoing problem of alopecia. Approximately 50% of her patients are women. Nancy Wolff is a Partner of the intellectual property, media and entertainment law firm of Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard, LLC. She represents a wide range of creative individuals and companies in all areas of digital media, licensing and publishing. In addition to transactional work, she represents clients in state and federal court civil actions as well as arbitration and mediation.
